We're here to take care of you

I'm RC and I would like to help you get to know me and the company I have started here in Marco Island.  I'm raising three children, two of which have graduated from high school and no longer live at home.  I don't think you ever really stop raising them and truth be told your prayers get even longer when they are out on their own, am I right?  My amazing wife Erin ensures there is always a smile on my face and a huge warm feeling in my heart.  I have always had a passion for real estate and truly believe the old saying "a man's home is his castle."  We are so fortunate to have so many amazing and beautiful homes here on Marco Island and in Naples.  I bought my first home here on Marco Island in 2013.  Over the years I have seen green pools that contractors were being paid to service and grass that died and had to be resodded from sprinklers not working among other things.  Each time I have to ask myself why the paid contractors at the home didn't pick up the phone and call the homeowners.  More recently we have faced additional stress from the worry of squatters taking up residence in our homes.  I'm proud to be a Florida resident.  I'm proud of my community and the amazing homes we have here. That is what has led to the creation of homeoverwatch.com.  My desire is to drive the community and see the things that look out of place.  Whether it be people that don't belong or a broken sprinkler, grass not being cut, toilet leaking, A/C not cooling.  Whatever the issue I want to make sure you know about it so when you come home you can relax and enjoy our beautiful atmosphere and not have to worry about finding things that went wrong while you were gone.  God Bless you and enjoy our amazing little slice of paradise.
